Music is an essential element of 'The Arts' in the NI Curriculum. However, a recent survey by TTTB revealed four key barriers curbing its impact. These were a lack of skills, a pressure to prioritise other subjects and a lack of time and resources. Teach to the Beat seeks to over all these barriers with its online, cross-curricular, easy-to-use units, exclusively designed around the Music objectives of the Northern Ireland Curriculum.
